We do not retain your full card details at our premises.

Customers may also place an order and make payment by telephone. Payment card details provided by telephone are used to process the payment and are not retained by us.

DELIVERY & ROYAL MAIL

To deliver your order, we provide Royal Mail with the information necessary to complete the delivery.

This may include your name, delivery address, email address, telephone number and any relevant delivery or safe-place instructions.

Your email address and telephone number may also be used by Royal Mail to provide you with tracking and delivery updates.

GIFT ORDERS

If you place an order to be delivered to another person, we will use the recipient's name, address and any other information you provide solely as necessary to fulfil and deliver the gift.

If you would like the recipient to receive tracking notifications, their email address and/or mobile number should be provided when placing the order.

MARKETING EMAILS

We may send you news, offers and information about Letterfinlay products where you have agreed to receive marketing or where we are otherwise permitted to do so.

Our marketing emails are sent through Wix and include an option to unsubscribe.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link contained in our emails.

The ICO confirms that electronic marketing is subject to specific rules and customers must have an appropriate way to opt out.

WIX & OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS

Our website and online store are operated using Wix.

We may use trusted third-party service providers where necessary to run our business, process payments, operate our website, maintain our accounting records and deliver customer orders.

PRINTED ORDERS & ACCOUNTING RECORDS

We may print order information where necessary to prepare, pack and dispatch your order.

Order and transaction information is also retained within Wix and our internal accounting system as necessary for operating the business and meeting our financial, tax and legal obligations.

We retain financial and accounting information for the period required by law. HMRC generally requires limited companies to retain relevant records for six years from the end of the financial year they relate to, with longer periods applying in some circumstances.
