A proper butcher's pork sausage, made here at Letterfinlay by our own butchery team.
Our pork sausages are made in-house using quality pork and our carefully selected seasoning, then filled and linked by our butchers. They're a traditional, versatile sausage with a good meaty texture, perfect for everything from a full Scottish breakfast to sausage and mash, casseroles, traybakes or simply served in a roll.
Made in small batches in our Fort William butchery, they're a firm favourite with our local customers and are now available to order online for chilled delivery across the UK.
Your sausages are freshly prepared, packed and dispatched chilled. We never send our meat frozen.
