Scottish Sirloin Steaks

Our Scottish sirloin steaks are cut by our own butchers here at Letterfinlay from Scottish beef supplied by Millers of Speyside.

The beef arrives with us as whole aged joints, with a minimum of 12 days ageing, before our butchers cut each sirloin steak by hand. Sirloin has a good balance of tenderness and beefy taste, with the natural strip of fat along the edge helping to keep the steak juicy as it cooks.

Great for pan frying, grilling or cooking on the BBQ. Keep it simple with chips and peppercorn sauce, slice it for steak sandwiches or serve with salad and roasted vegetables.

Each steak is hand-cut to approximately 10oz (284g). As we're cutting from whole joints, the exact shape and thickness will naturally vary.

Choose from a single steak or packs of 2, 4 or 6, with better value when buying larger packs.
