Our venison sausages are prepared in-house by our butchery team, combining lean wild venison with carefully selected seasoning to create a full-flavoured sausage that's a little different from the everyday.
They're equally at home as part of a hearty breakfast or served for dinner with creamy mash, roast vegetables or a rich gravy. A great way to enjoy the distinctive flavour of Scottish wild venison in an easy, versatile form.
Made in small batches at our Fort William butchery, our wild venison sausages are freshly prepared, packed and dispatched chilled for delivery across the UK. We never send our meat frozen.
